Die Erfahrung mit dem deutschen Turbine Support / Technischer Support außerhalb des Spieles, welcher von vielen Spielern kritisiert wurde, ist für mich ein super Support.

Ich kann von der Meldung als auch von der schnellen Bearbeitung eigentlich nur positives berichten.

Zum Sachverhalt: Ich habe seit Februar einen iMac 27" mit Core i7 und der 775M Geforce (+ Fusion Drive) und habe seit der 1. Stunde permanente Clientabstürze.

Ich habe nach Selbstanalyse und Einstellungsmöglichkeiten versucht das Problem allein zu lösen. Die Engine auf Niedrig und die Auflösung entsprechend angepasst.

Alles versucht und auch im Forum nach Lösung gesucht. Die dortigen Lösungsvorschläge haben leider ebenfalls nicht zu einem stabilen Client geführt. Speziell die FPS habe ich egal ob Hoch oder Niedrig stabil von 70-100 FPS. Sobald ich jedoch Gebiete überquere, sie ändere ist der Absturz fast vorprogrammiert.

Support:
Ich habe dem Support dann, wie bereits erwähnt, kontaktiert. Ganz normal über die Internetseite der Deutschen Seite und mein Problem geschildert. Ich habe nach der automatischen E-Mail noch einmal das Problem sachlich und ausführlich beschrieben und meine bisherigen Selbstlösungsansätze mitgeteilt.

Die Reaktion kam Blitz-Schnell und man hat mir eine Reihe von noch nicht getätigten Ansätze mitgeteilt, die ich anschließendem (leider) mit Misserfolg mitteilen musste.


Darauf hin wurde es etwas detailreicher. Man bekam von mir die Logs aus dem Crash Report, welche einen unbekannten Fehler auswarfen und die Systeminformationen. Man versucht nun im internen Support Team das Problem zu analysieren und bescheinigte mir Heute, dass mein System im normal-Fall dafür ausgelegt wäre, auf komplett Hoch spielen zu können. Daran darf der Fehler also nicht liegen (so der Support).

Ich werde Heute (nach Anraten des Supports) die Zugriffsrechte erneut überprüfen lassen, was durch Installationen und soweiter durchaus in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden kann.


Fazit: Das Problem an sich ist nicht gelöst, darum schreibe ich diesen Beitrag auch nicht. Ich finde es lobenswert (in Zeiten wo viele nur noch Meckern) dass der Support sich um eine Lösung bemüht und nicht einfach das Ticket schließt mit dem Hinweis: Installiere doch Microsoft im Boot-Camp :)
Außerdem muss man erwähnen und auch mal Lobend aussprechen, dass Ressourcen im deutschen Support durchaus vorhanden sind, damit so ein Problem analysiert wird. Der Support außerdem schnell auf Rückmeldungen reagiert und versucht sich in das System rein zu versetzen.

Ich schreibe deshalb diesen Beitrag um auch die positiven Seiten von Turbine dar zustellen. Denn nicht alles in diesem Spiel ist schlecht oder mit Mängeln behaftet. Ich finde es als gutes Zeichen, dass so reagiert wird, dass ich gerne in diesem Spiel einlogge (auch wenn es manchmal schwerer fällt)

wenn ich mein hdro launcher starte dann läd er nicht richtig, weil irgendwie der patchserver nicht gefunden wird oder so. dann ghet immer wieder so ein 60 sek countdown runter. bin auf dem server gwaihir, hat das was damit zu tun?!

ich habe folgendes Problem. Seit kurzem habe ich einen neuen PC, Lotro wieder runtergeladen und hab mich bei meinem Acc eingeloggt.
Egal mit welchem Freep ich mich versuche einzuloggen -> lotroclient
Einloggen mitm MP -> ohne Probleme

Muss allerdings sagen das ichs noch nicht aufm anderen Server versucht habe und auf meinem Server meine 9 Chars habe und nur sehr ungern einen löschen würde um da einen neuen anzufangen.

Hoffe das ihr eine Idee habt.

ich habe folgendes Problem.
Jedesmal wenn ich mich mit meinem 85er der in Bree rumsteht einloggen möchte, komme ich nur zum Ladebildschirm und dann hängt sich der Client auf.
Bei allen anderen Chars geht das einloggen ohne Probleme.
Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte?

Halo hab das Problem immer wen ich nach den einloggen einen Server auswähle und auf spielen drücke bekomme ich nach kurzer zeit die Fehlermeldung Einreihung in Warteschlange für Server (0x80004005) fehlgeschlagen

Vielleicht kann mir ja hier wer weiterhelfen von euch.

Habe das Problem, dass Lotro ab und an (immer häufiger) abkackt. Sprich der Bildschirm wird auf einmal schwarz und wenige Sekunden später startet der PC automatisch neu. Wenn ich wieder hochfahre und auf dem Desktop lande wird mir vorgeschlagen, dass Problem zu senden. Dabei steht in den Details folgender Hinweis:

leider kann ich das Spiel nicht installieren. Der Installer (von der offiziellen Webseite) startet, sobald ich die Installation allerdings starten will, erscheint ein Popup für die Happy Cloud, welches ich bestätige, danach kommt nur die Fehlermeldung "unable to use path". Also liegt das Problem hier bei der Happy Cloud. Ich finde aber auch keinen separaten Installer für diesen Dienst. Was kann ich denn tun, um LOTRO zum Laufen zu bekommen? Als Administrator ausführen schafft auch keine Abhilfe.

Ich verwende Windows 7 Prof.x64.

Ich hab ein Problem bein einloggen auf den Anduin Server. Er kommt bei mit nur zum punkt: Authentifizierung wird überprüft... und unten steht dann: Verbindung erfolgreich Hergestellt!
Danach geht es nicht weiter und irgendwann bricht der kontakt zum Server ab. Alle anderen Server funktionieren aber einwandfrei. Wäre schön wenn mir jemand helfen kann. Grüße

Hallo habe folgende Frage und zwar wollte ich mir heute Lotro erneut über die website von Lotro laden ging aber nicht bekam bei der Happy Cloud die Meldung "unable to find Path" vielleicht hat da ja jemand eine Idee was man machen kann...
Naja nun lade ich mir Lotro über Steam und ich würde gerne wissen ob das die High Res Version ist und wenn nicht was ich dann machen kann?

Hi,

bei mir sind sämtliche 12er Inis eigentlich sogut wie gar nicht spielbar (Scharmützel, HK12er etc...). Ich gurke irgendwo bei 5-10 fps rum, habe locker 5-10 Sekunden Verzögerung, beim Mützeln sehe ich die Gegner teilweise erst wenn diese tot sind (stehen dann mit 0/500.000 Moral da und ich sehe wie der Raid munter drauf los prügelt).

Normalerweise spiele ich auf optimalen settings, hab die aber für den Raid auch schonmal auf sehr niedrig gestellt mit DirectX 9, das bringt alles gar nichts. Grafikkarte hochdrehen hat auch nichts gebracht.

Mein PC:
W7 64bit
Intel i7-2700k
HD R9 270x
8GB RAM
Spiel ist auf SSD installiert.

Das sollte doch eigentlich besser laufen. Langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter was ich noch probieren könnte.

allerdings war das vor dem Update auch schon, hat damit nichts zu tun, weshalb ich vorher Scharmützel immer gemieden habe

mein Sippenkollege hat ein Problem mit seinem Launcher, das ihn ziemlich stört.
Er hat sich einen neuen Pc gekauft mit Windows 8 und das Spiel neu installiert. Nun ist es so, dass der Launcher sich seinen Loginnamen nicht merkt und er ihn jedesmal neu eingeben muss.

Dann hat er außerdem ein Problem mit HighQuality-Grafikeinstellung...das Spiel oder der Launcher geben ihm die Meldung, dass er noch HighQuality-Grafikdateien herunterladen muss und wenn er im Spiel ist und es einstellen will, schließt sich das Spiel. (ich hoffe, ich hab das so richtig verstanden von ihm).
Jedoch kann er diese HighQuality-Daten irgendwie nicht herunterladen. Bei Umstellung des Launchers auf englische Sprache verändert sich auch nichts.
Er hat bereits versucht das Spiel über das Internet zu laden und dann auch über DVD, aber das Problem bleibt bestehen.

Weiß jemand eine Lösung für beide Probleme?

da ich mit einem technischen Problem zu kämpfen habe, folgende Infos im Vorweg:

Folgendes Problem:

Obwohl die Leistung des Rechner eigentlich ausreichend sein sollte, habe ich sehr starke Probleme in Instanzen, welche eine Spielerzahl von 12 oder mehr umfasst. Soll heißen: Gängige Raids, Epische Schlachten sowie vor allem Scharmützel in Schlachtzuggröße.
Dabei treten zwei Probleme auf: Das erste ist ein Einbruch der FPS. Normalerweise liegen diese so bei 35-45, fallen in Schlachtzugkämpfen jedoch auf >5.
Zweites und deutlich gravierenderes ist jedoch eine Art von Lag, die mir in anderen Spielen noch nicht untergekommen ist. Und zwar beginnen Kämpfe völlig normal, ohne Verzögerung. Sind diese sehr kurz, treten keine Probleme auf. Hat man jedoch längere Zeit an großen Mobs zu arbeiten (-> Bosse), baut sich nach und nach eine Skillverzögerung auf, welche früher oder später völlig unspielbar ist. Damit meine ich Verzögerungen, von teilweise über 30 Sekunden. Das hat gleichzeitig zur Folge, dass Bosse häufig (so erfährt man über TS) bereits besiegt sind, während sie laut meiner Anzeige noch die Hälfte ihrer Moral besitzen und der Kampf noch in vollem Gange ist. Das ganze wirkt dabei, um eine bildliches Beispiel zu geben, so, als würde man versuchen eine zu große Menge Flüssigkeit durch ein zu kleines Rohr zu füllen. Anfangs klappt es noch halbwegs, doch nach und nach bildet sich ein Stau, der eine enorme Verzögerung zur Folge hat. Ist ein Kampf dann vorbei, baut sich diese nach und nach wieder ab, bis ich wieder "synchron" bin.

Vorherige Lösungsversuche:

Ich habe mich bereits mit einigen Lösungsmöglichkeiten aus den FAQs beschäftigt, wovon jedoch nichts geholfen hat. Folgendes habe ich versucht:
1) Die Zuweisung der Cores per Task-Manager auf 2 limitieren. Ergebnis: Sogar eine Verschlechterung.
2) Eine Erhöhung der MemoryUsage in den UserPreferences von 0.5 auf 8.0: Kaum ein Unterschied.
3) Limitierung der Framerate in den Optionen, einmal auf 30, einmal auf 60.: Beide Male kein Effekt.

Sollte Jemand also Erfahrungen mit einem ähnlichen Problem haben oder über Lösungsansätze verfügen, würde ich mich sehr freuen.
Sollten noch weiter Informationen von Nöten sein, einfach bescheid geben.

ich weiß, dass dieses Problem hier schon ziemlich oft gepostet wurde, aber ich habe immer noch keine Lösung dafür gefunden. Folgendes passiert mir ständig:

Ich spiele, auf einmal bleibt mein Charakter stecken (war gerade dabei, das Rathaus von Bree zu betreten) und dann kommt eine Fehlermeldung "lotroclient funktioniert nicht mehr" und lotro wird geschlossen. Ich starte das Spiel neu, logge mich wieder ein und versuche, weiterzuspielen, komme bis zum Ladebildschirm nach der Charakterauswahl und da kommt wieder die lotroclient-Fehlermeldung.
Wie kann ich das Problem lösen? Das ist jetzt schon mein dritter Charakter, auf den ich nicht mehr zugreifen kann :mad:

Es wäre wirklich super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

Oben genannte Epos Mission lässt sich auf Grund eines Bugs nicht beenden.
Habe ihn bereits gemeldet, aber vil. hat jemand hier ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht.

Beim Missionsabschnitt "Überfall auf die Speisekammer" tritt ein Grafikfehler auf. Die Südmauer Isengarts, als auch das Torhaus werden unvollständig dargestellt, so dass man den Kreis Isengarts auch verlassen könnte.
Das Torhaus kann dennoch betreten werden. Beim Verlassen verschwindet nun die fehlerhafte Darstellung jedoch auch alle NPCs.
Ein Beenden der Mission ist daher nicht möglich.

Nun sitze ich ironischer Weise tatsächlich als Gefangener in Isengart fest ^^

Hab leider immer wieder auf meinem Laptop starke Einbrüche der FPS, z.b. Schmiedeweg Endboss oder Thorog. Sensorprogramme zeigen mir aber an das keine PC-Komponente überhaupt wirklich belastet wird. Liegts am Laptop oder was kann man dagegen tun?

Hallo liebe Leser hab ein Problem mit der Funktion des Hdro Shops und suche Hilfe diesen Fehler zu beheben.

Wenn ich im Spiel den Shop aufmachen kommt nur Error:DNS Name Not Resolved

Habe schon einige sachen getestet wie

1. Start > Ausführen > schreiben Sie cmd in das Eingabefeld

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

Dann den Router mal abgeschaltet geht auch nicht

Bekomme nur ein weißen Bildschirm in dem da steht Error:DNS Name Not Resolved
